What may appear as a simple menu could be a challenge
Some of the things to consider when planning your event are the venu, inside or outside, use of a kitchen and number of guests!
For a Personal Chef, we need to be able to use a kitchen at the event to make sure you receive the best quality food and obey all of the food handling requirements.
If the event is at your home, one of the helpful things is to make sure your kitchen is clean before I arrive. I can't tell you how many times I show up for an event and have to do dishes and clean the kitchen before I can start on the food for the event. It sets everything back and hinders how smooth the evening goes. ( I don't mind doing a few dishes but if the counter is completely covered....)
