- 1Blend or process first three ingredients scraping down was necessary until smooth. Place in bowl, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- 2While cottage cheese blend is chilling, prepare raspberries and grate chocolate.
- 3Divide raspberries equally in the glasses layering berries and cottage mixture. Finish with three or four remaining raspberries and sprinkle the grated chocolate over the top of each glass.
