Lemons are not just limited to brightening the senses
Lemons are not just for garnish! Using lemons as in these pictures brightens food taste and enhances many foods. Just a squeeze of lemon over chicken adds an acidic pop that gives it a more satisfying mouth feel and taste.
Use orange zest to flavor a simple rice side dish or to give a little extra umph to orange juice in a recipe. Limes are great for many ethnic dishes and makes all the difference in marinades.
